Kourtney Kardashian has refelected on her decision to step down from Keeping Up With The Kardashians after the new season debuted on Thursday.
Following the first episode, which featured a shocking physical fight with her sister Kim, 39, the reality stalwart, 40, took to Instagram to explain that she struggled to watch the physical fight and was happy she found courage to step away.
Sharing a behind-the-camera shot from one of her confessionals on the show, Kourtney posted an impassioned message about her decision.
Kourtney confirmed to devastated fans in November that she was stepping back from the wildly successful reality show, which debuted in October 2007, and chronicles the life and times of the TV dynasty.
In her statement at the time, the mum-of-three wrote: ‘I just decided to spend more time as a mum and put more of my energy there…
‘But I’m not saying goodbye. But I think you’ll have to see more of it on the new season, season 18. It isn’t airing yet, but it’s being filmed. Currently, in this room.’
