Davido and his baby mama Chioma are yet to legally marry several months after their engagement.

Apparently, Davido is legally married to a togolese girl known as Hermadine A. Samlan-Adeleke.

Furthermore, Hermadine is refusing to grant him a divorce.

Going by marriage laws, Davido can not legally marry Chioma unless she divorces the Togolese wife.
