According to reports, he lost his life due to complications two weeks after he tested positive for the deadly disease.
Recall that Fred announced his diagnosis on April 6. He was pictured with a photo of him in the hospital wearing an oxygen mask to help him breathe.
He wrote: 'I’m in here with this Corvus 19 shit! Please keep me in y’all prayers!!!! #godisgreat.'
Fred's death was confirmed by his friend DJ Self on Thursday afternoon, April 23.
The New York DJ wrote in an Instagram post: “Was loved by many never heard one bad thing about you RIP @fredthegodsonmusic Sleep Well my brother .”
