The nominations for the annual event were released on Tuesday morning with executive director Claire Graves confirming the event will take place virtually for the first time amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Webby Awards aim to celebrate and honor the internet's most popular content, including websites, social media, podcasts, apps, advertisements, and film and video.
Billie Eilish is up for the Viral Video accolade for her appearance on Glamour Magazine's YouTube series, '"Billie Eilish" Watches Fan Covers.'
The video posted in November 2018 has been viewed nearly 123 million times.
The 18-year-old is also nominated for her appearance in SPACES: Inside the Tiny Bedroom Where FINNEAS and Billie Eilish Are Redefining Pop Music.
Fellow singer Post Malone has also been nominated for this year's award ceremony.
He has a chance to take home the accolade for Best Art and Experimental Video for his promo clip for Circles.
Post will go up against A$AP Rocky in that category for his video for, The Kids Turned Out Fine.
Jennifer Garner has been recognized in three separate categories for her always hilarious Instagram content - particularly, her fake cooking show.
Celine Dion also made the cut for the Experimental and Innovation award for her Album Scavenger Hunt via Instagram and Spotify.
Billy Eichner of Billy on the Street, is nominated for two episodes of his web series - the one with Chris Evans and the holiday episode with Mariah Carey.
Other nominees include, Will Smith, The Rolling Stones, Stephen Colbert, Idris Elba, and Tom Hanks.
The ceremony was due to take place in New York City on May 11, before the lockdown occurred.
