The pair appeared to maintain proper social distancing on their run.
Incase you don't know, Lingard and Morrison were together in Manchester United's youth squad in their early careers, but Morrison struggled to break into the first team, instead moving to West Ham in 2012.
He has since been played for a string of clubs without finding a regular start, and is now on loan at Middlesbrough from Sheffield United.
Morrison earned his first call-up to the Jamaica squad earlier this year, but never got to play due to the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Lingard has been involved in 35 games in all competitions for Manchester United this season, but has only found the net on two occasions, leading to him slipping down Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's pecking order.
Arsenal were reported to be interested in making a move for him, however Lingard wants to stay and fight for his spot at Old Trafford.
