Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has revealed that her SKIMS company could help to produce face masks to support medical staff during the coronavirus outbreak.
Speaking during The View via video call on Tuesday, the reality star admitted that she is looking into ways that her five factories could support in efforts against the pandemic.
The 39-year-old also told Whoopi Goldberg on the show that her fragrance line is also planning to make hand sanitiser.
“We have been exploring that, of how to make like medical-grade masks, how to make things that would be helpful in the hospitals,” she explained during the show. “I’ve been working with our partners in other companies that have donated masks and we’re working with our fragrance company to get sanitizer made.”
Later in the TV clip, Kim also joked that the thought of having another child ‘is out’ after being forced to juggle motherhood duties with her youngsters during self-isolation.
Kim’s company SKIMS specialises in shapewear and undergarments that enhance a wearer’s figure. At the moment the company offers a variety of products from sculpting bodysuits to lounge wear and underwear.
Kim’s latest coronavirus relief efforts came justs days after the TV personality was slammed for donating £1million to mothers and children in need of support during the pandemic.
