Cristiano Ronaldo been spending time with family at home in Funchal, Portugal weeks after being forced to self isolate.
On Monday, he was spotted mixing parenting and exercise as he used his young children as weights while they attempted to disrupt his home workout during lockdown in Portugal.
The Juventus star, 35, captioned the post: 'Kids, let the Dad do his work #stayhome #stayactive,' as he took to Instagram to share the cute video with his fans.
Ronaldo is self isolating with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, 26, and their children, Cristiano Jr., nine, two-year-old twins Eva and Mateo, and the footballer's daughter with Georgina, Alana, two.
As the video began, two of his children tried to assist him with sit-ups, lifting his head up (or rocking it back and fourth).
While their father attempted to continue with his workout, the little rascals clambered on top of him, and so the quick-thinking footballer decided to get the toddlers involved.
Much to the children's delight, Ronaldo first lifted his daughter into the air with his right arm while doing crunches, before lifting his son with his left arm.
Finally, the father-of-four returned to his tutu-clad little girl for a two-armed lift before giving her brother a turn.
It comes after Christiano and girlfriend Georgina took part in a couple's workout during a lockdown exercise session last Wednesday.
The footballer and his model love looked smitten as they did some sprint drills up a driveway at their lavish home
