Recall that On Tuesday morning the singer revealed she's due to give birth to a boy.
On Wednesday, April 15th 2020, Ciara showed the stark reality of giving birth amid a pandemic, when the pop star shared a video of husband Russell Wilson being forced to witness his wife's ultrasound via FaceTime, amid infection concerns.
In her caption of the video, the 34-year-old Oh singer began, 'The life of a pregnant woman in Covid-19 Era is very interesting...'
She continued, 'Russ had to FaceTime me from the car for our Ultrasound ❤️'
'We don’t hear to [sic] much about US during this time. Inviting all my pregnant women to chat with me and my doctor today on IG LIVE 2pm PST [PREGNANCY EMOJI]'
In the video, Ciara's NFL star hubby seemed cheerful as he greeted the doctor.
Meanwhile both the medical professional and the native Texan wore masks to protect themselves against the potentially deadly coronavirus sweeping the United States.
Meanwhile, Ciara took to Instagram on Tuesday morning with her family to mark the special moment in her pregnancy, as she and her family stood out on their lawn to celebrate the explosive milestone with a pair of powder cannons.
The singer-songwriter stood with her husband Russell Wilson, both dressed in white, along with their daughter Sienna Princess, two, and her son Future Zahir, five, as the expectant mom went over what the potential pink and blue colors to come out of the cannons would mean.
Then, the Goodies hitmaker asked her family, 'What do you guys want it to be!?'
Future Zahir, Ciara's son with former partner Future, excitedly responded, 'A boy!'
Then, before shooting off the cannons that Ciara and Russell, 31, held, she checked in with her husband: 'What do YOU want it to be!?'
Wilson, an NFL football quarterback, replied, 'You KNOW what I want it to be!' –– and since he already has daughter Sienna with his beloved wife, one would assume he's hoping for a boy.
