18-year-old Billie Eilish has reportedly taken legal action against an obsessed fan.
The fan, and identified as Rousseau kept showing up at her door.
Last week, Rousseau rwent to the singer’s house asking Billie Eilish's father through the Ring camera if the singer lived there.
He came back seven times after the singer’s dad told him it was the wrong house.
He was only wearing a face mask two of those times and he never wore gloves.
Rousseau was taken into custody twice but he was released since the police are trying to keep non-violent offenders out of jail due to COVID-19 concerns.
The stalker has been ordered to remain 200 yards away from Billie and her parents.
