The English forward has been reported to sponsor his former club's shirts next season.
Reports from media outlets in England claims the deal is around £100,000.
The 26 years old obtained approval from the Premier League, EFL and Football Association.
Harry Kane joined Orient on loan in 2011 and scored his first goal in a 4-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday.
‘I was born and brought up only at a couple of miles from the stadium and I am really happy to have the opportunity to give back to the club that gave me my first professional start,’ said Kane.
‘This also gives me a platform to be able to say a big thank you to the many frontline heroes and charities out there who provide care and support during these challenging times.’
Mental health charity Mind will adorn the front of Orient's third kit as part of the sponsorship.
The Haven House Children's Hospice will appear on the away jersey for the League Two club
