How To save Whatsapp status on your phone

STEP 1

From your home screen navigate to Files or File Manager.

STEP 2

Click on the three lined icon at the top left corner to enter the sub-menu.

STEP 3

Click on settings and select show hidden folders.

STEP 4

Close the sub-menu and click on internal storage. Scroll down till you see a folder named WhatsApp. Open the folder and select media.

STEP 5 

Open media folder inside your WhatsApp folder and select the first folder you see “.Statuses“.

These pictures/videos are saved there temporarily and will disappear in 24 hours from the time it was uploaded.
So copy the files and paste them to another folder.
