It's been gathered that Premier League clubs have been given permission to hold friendlies before the season restarts.
The season in the English top flight football will restart from June 17.

According to The Telegraph, the friendlies will be officiated by coaching staff - and that teams must not travel for further than 90 minutes. Players must travel to the games in their own cars, too.
