Faith Evans' husband Stevie J refuses to testify against her amidst domestic violence case

According to TMZ, felony domestic violence against Faith Evans over her third husband Stevie J, has been dropped.  

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office made the decision because the A Minute singer's spouse was not willing to testify against her.

If you recall that last month, police were called to the 46-year-old R&B singer and the 48-year-old producer's Los Angeles home around 1am after an argument allegedly turned violent, the outlet first reported on May 31.

Law enforcement 'noticed visible marks and scratches on Stevie's face' and Faith was 'arrested, booked, and then posted bond.'
