Kim Kardashian reveals Kanye West reaction first time she told him she was was pregnant

Kanye West turned 43 years old on June 8 2020 and his wife has since been gushing with her birthday tributes to her husband Kanye West on Monday. 

The reality star told the story of how she first revealed she was expecting their first child, North, in 2012.

'Fun fact about this pic,' the 39-year-old KUWTK star recalled to her 174M Instagram followers.

'I just found out I was pregnant with North and made Kanye fly to London for my Kardashian Kollection appearance because I was freaking out! He took me out to [Chinese restaurant Hakkasan] and then [ice-cream shop Häagen-Dazs] to make me feel better.'  

Kim shared old snapshots as she celebrated her husband. 

'Thank you for always being you and never letting the world change who you are!' Kardashian tweeted that same day.
