FSV Mainz shocked Borussia Dortmund with a 2-0 away win on Wednesday.
If you recall that two goals from Jonathan Burkhardt and Jean-Philippe Mateta ensured Mainz got the big win at the Signal Iduna Park.
The players and staff went emotional as hey dedicated their win to Nigerian youngster, Taiwo Awoniyi.
Awoniyi missed the game after suffering concussion in last Sunday’s 1-0 home loss against Augsburg.
