Atalanta pulled one back as Hans Hateboer with a cross found the head of Robin Gosens .
The equaliser was completed when Ruslan Malinovskiy (left footed shot from outside the box to the top right corner. He was by Marten de Roon following a corner.
The come back for Atalanta came in the 80th minutes, José Luis Palomino header from the left side of the six yard box to the centre of the goal, assisted by Alejandro Gómez with a cross following a corner saw Atalanta win 3-2.
