The manager confirmed during his zoom conference call with the press ahead of their game against West Ham on Wednesday night.
Frank Lampard made two signings of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from RB Leipzig, as the manager has began his plan for next campaign.
Lampard acknowledges that Werner and Ziyech will officially become Chelsea players tomorrow: 'We're in the process of making plans. Hakim has not played for a long time and Timo finished at the weekend so it will look slightly different for them individually.'
