Arsenal loose appeal of Nketiah red card, set to serve three-game suspension

Arsenal striker is set to serve his suspension after the appeal for his red card wasn't successful.

The Gunners attempted to get the decision overturned on the grounds of wrongful dismissal, but the FA have now officially upheld Nketiah's three-match ban.

Recall that Eddie Nketiah was sent off after four minutes after coming on for Lacazette, this came after a foul on James Justin .

He will now miss upcoming Premier League fixtures against Tottenham and Liverpool, while also sitting out the FA Cup semi-final clash against Manchester City on July 18.
