FA Cup: Van Persie praises three players after Arsenal's 2-0 win against Man City

Former Arsenal forward, Robin Van Persie has taken to his page to hail the Gunners after their win against Manchester City.

Arsenal defeated Pep Guardiola side 2-0 to qualify for the final of the FA Cup.

Recall that van Persie won the FA Cup with Arsenal in 2004-2005 season. He played for the Gunners with 194 league appearances and scored 96 times from 2004–2012as he moved to join Manchester United.

The Dutch International praised the team's work in defensive roles and attacking wise. Although he singled Aubameyang who scored the two goals, David Luiz and Maitland Niles for their outstanding performances.

He tweeted: "Big win for for @Arsenal tonight! On to the final🏆 A great team effort and very tactical game by Arteta. Defensively very compact/strong & offensively deadly effective. Outstanding performance by the whole team but for me Aubameyang, Luiz and Niles really stood out 👏 Well done!"
