Chelsea travel to Anfield stadium to face newly crowned Champions Liverpool tonight. The game is expected to kick off at 8:15pm GMT.

Both managers have named a strong starting XI, with Chelsea hoping to seal their top four spot, while Jurgen Klopp side will be hoping to end the season on a high with a win at home.

Liverpool are yet to loose a game at home so far in the current campaign. The Reds will be handed the title today after the game.

For Liverpool, their captain Jordan Henderson is out with an injury but will lift the trophy when the time comes.

While Frank Lampard has kept faith in Oliver Giroud ahead of Tammy Abraham. Chelsea already revealed that Kante will miss out due to injury and youngster Gilmore has a knee injury.

Kovacic is exptected to partner Jorginho in the middle while Willian and Mount create for the striker in attack.
