The Hammers were 3-0 up 36 minutes into the clash, with goals from Michail Antonio, Tomas Soucek and Declan Rice.
Meanwhile, Troy Deeney pulled a goal back for Watford with four minutes into the second-half.
Antonio was also quick to remind everyone that West Ham belong to the top-flight, following the result which moves Hammers to 15th on the league standings with 35 points.
The Hammers travel to Manchester United next before hosting Aston Villa on the last day of the campaign.
