Photos: Leroy Sane trains for the first time as a Bayern Munich player

Bayern Munich completed the deal for Leroy Sane for a fee of £54.8m from Manchester City.

The winger reportedly signed a five years deal with the German Champions.

It's been gathered that Sane has been handed the number 20 jersey. Although the jersey number 10 is currently being dinner by Philippe Coutinho who is on loan from Barcelona.

The club and Coutinho agreed for him to keep the jersey number until the end of UEFA Champions League campaign,when he will return to Barcelona.

Leroy Sane endured a difficult 2019-2020 season with Manchester City. Sane seem to be returning from a cruciate ligament knee injury sustained in the Community Shield win over Liverpool back in August.

Good news for Bayern Munich fans was seeing their new signing kick the ball and involve in some running drills earlier today.

Bayern Munich posted pictures of Sane in training ahead of the new season on 18th of September 2020.

Just so you know, the iconic jersey number 10 shirt was previously worn by Arjen Robben who retired last campaign. Although, Robben S come out of retirement to play for his boyhood club, Groningen.
