Rihanna pays tribute to her late grandma

Rihanna shared an old photo of her grandmother Clara Brathwaite, who passed away eight years ago.

The 32-year-old wrote '8 years. we miss you more each year,' in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

It was gathered that Rihanna founded the Clara Lionel Foundation in honor of her grandmother and grandfather, Lionel when she died in 2012.

In the caption the Fenty Beauty founder continued: 'Bravo still talks about how you guys met every time I see him. #GranGranDolly #Clara.'

The songstress' grandmother died after a battle with cancer on July 1, 2012.
