PSG captain Thiago Silva experienced "a lot of emotions" for his last match in front of the fans at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday in a friendly against Celtic Glasgow (4-0), while his adventure, which began in 2012, is set to come to term at the end of August.
"I remember well the last time I played at the Maracanã with Fluminense, it was the same, it's difficult on the last day," he told of beIN Sports, after having gone to greet the Parisian fans, who unfurled a banner and sang in his honour during the match. "But it's not over yet. We still have a lot of things to do, three cups to bring home, and that's why we have to keep working. I hope I can go out with a reward, that's my goal."
