David Luiz Hints At Willian Move To Arsenal Is Close

Arsenal fans were thrown into frenzy after transfer reports for Willian joining the club. It's been suggested by media outlets in England that the Brazilian is close to a move to the Emirates stadium as a free agent.

Willian turned 32 years old on Sunday, and he's contract with Chelsea came to an end. The former Shakhtar Donesk star didn't agreed terms of new deal with Chelsea. 

According to Sky Sports, Willian, 32, wanted a three years new deal but due to Chelsea's new policy of handing players above 30 years a year deal.

Arsenal seems to have jumped on the offer of handling him a three years deal and weekly pay of 100,000 pounds.

One of Willian best friends during their spell at Chelsea was David Luiz. And seems David Luiz might have hinted the fans on arrival of Willian.

The centre-back has posted a screenshot of a FaceTime chat with the forward. One of David Luiz caption sees the Arsenal man wishing him well on his birthday while another reads, "Always together."

Recall that David Luiz joined Arsenal as a free agent last season.
