The couple seems to have settled their break up after Tristan cheated on her with Kylie Jenner BFF, Jordyn Woods.
The 29-year-old Canadian NBA star was seen putting his hands on Khloé, 36, as they returned from Kylie Jenner's 23rd birthday in Turks and Caicos, via Kylie's private jet.
