A rsenal seems to have began recruitment for their next season as the club looks to build for their new manager.

The Gunners finished eight in the league for the 2019-2020 campaign but ended up picking up a silverware at the end with a victory against Chelsea in the FA Cup.

Mikel Arteta defeated Frank Lampard at Wembley stadium 2-1 to win the FA Cup. The result meant that Arsenal sealed a ticket for Europa League next season.

Arsenal are in the transfer market in search of a playmaker. Mesut Özil has been frozen out of the squad and Dani Ceballos future hasn't been resolved whether he will join on permanent deal from Real Madrid.

It's been gathered that Arsenal have registered their interest in Chelsea star Willian.

Daily Mail reports that the Brazilian has reportedly agreed a three-year contract worth £100,000 per week with Arsenal. 

The 31-year-old turned down fresh contract to remain at Stamford Bridge, with reports suggest that he was offered a two years deal with 140,000 pounds per week wage.

Willian won two league titles, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the Europa League at Chelsea.
