Ante Rebic has avoided a fracture or neurovascular complications after dislocating his elbow, but the Milan forward will be out for at least two weeks.

The Croatia international fell awkwardly during last night’s 2-0 Serie A victory away to Crotone and immediately ran off the pitch to seek medical assistance.

There were fears of a fracture, but the various tests and X-Rays have shown no damage to the bone.

“AC Milan announces that Ante Rebic underwent a CT scan this morning following the dislocation of his left elbow suffered in the match against FC Crotone,” read a statement.

“The examination confirmed that there are no fractures while further checks excluded any peripheral neurovascular complications. The player will undergo another scan and check-up in ten days.”
