The Foxes have signed the Turkey international on a €3m paid loan with an option to buy for €24m next summer.
“AS Roma announce that they have loaned out Cengiz Under to Leicester City,” the Giallorossi wrote in a statement. “The player will play for the English club until June 30, 20201.
“The agreement also provides an option of a permanent deal, starting from 2021-22.”
Under leaves Roma after having played 88 competitive games for La Lupa.
“Three years ago, when I walked through this door, I came for a great challenge,” Under wrote on Twitter.
“During my time here, I loved not only AS Roma, but also the city of Rome, the culture, the people of this wonderful city.
“I’m sincerely thankful to all the fans, for the love and support they shared with me since my first moment here.
“After our unique time together, I have a new challenge ahead of me.”
