The happy couple tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at the D Maris Bay hotel in Marmaris, Turkey.
The ceremony then followed into the night at the five star resort, which included a surprise performance from American singer Ashanti.
Alongside the footage, Kate, 29, gushed: "1 year today ❤️ All emotional watching this😢.

Rio, 41, also shared the clip and wrote: "❤️ 1 year ❤️ ."
The Towie star and Manchester United star turned pundit got married in a ceremony with almost 200 friends and family, including his three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine.
