Gareth Bale completes medical ahead of move to Tottenham

It appears that the Jose Mourinho seems to be getting ready for his man. It's been gathered that the Portuguese boss is set to clinch the Wales international.

Tottenham Hotspur suffered a 1-0 loss against Everton in their opening game of the season last week. The former Chelsea boss has made his intentions clear to Spurs board that he needs new legs in the attack.

Already Jose Mourinho has signed Matt Doherty from Wolverhampton and Emily Hojbjerg from Southampton.

According to Sky Sports, Bale completed a medical in Madrid on Thursday. The Wales captain will travel to London on Friday to complete the deal.

Gareth Bale is set to return to Tottenham after seven since he left the north London side for record of 86£m to Real Madrid.

Bale is expected to travel on a private flight with hisReal Madrid team-mate Sergio Reguilon, who is set to join Spurs on a permanent deal after also completing a medical on Thursday.

Bale has been frozen out of Zinedine Zidane squad and he's currently on a 500,000 pounds weekly wages with two years left in his deal.

Bale is set to join Tottenham on a season-long loan deal. Spurs have agreed to pay about £20m in wages and loan fees, Sky Sports reports.
