"I will join Tottenham If When I'm tired of winning trophies" - Özil shades rivals

Mesut Özil has poked fun at rivals Tottenham for their trophy drought.

The 2014 World Cup winner has lifted three FA Cups and a Community Shield in his seven-year spell at Arsenal.

During a question and answer session eirh fans, he replied a fan that he would join Spurs if he doesn't want to win a silverware.

When asked if he would rather play for Spurs or retire, he replied: ‘If I don’t want to win a cup, I should go there.’
