The visitors took an early lead under six minutes with Romain Hamouma (St Etienne) left footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. He was assisted by Yvann Maçon with a cross.
Saint Etienne doubled the lead in the 75th minutes, Denis Bouanga (St Etienne) right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. He was ssisted by Arnaud Nordin from a counter attack.
