Controversial Nigerian actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh is one of those Nigerian celebrities who loves to bring her "A game" when it come to fashion.
The singer, actress and entrepreneur likes to set the fashion trends for her other colleagues to follow the step.
It's been a trend lately of celebs who wear some clothing lines and post the pictures on their social media space as they tag the vendors of the outfits.
But mother of one, Tonto Dikeh seems to disagree. She brought out a statement on her page, stating that she won’t be giving credits to any vendor.
According to her, she received 40 outfits from 20 different vendors a day and decides to pick which if the outfit she wants to rock for the day.
Tonto Dikeh went ahead to clear that whenever she decides to wear the outfits, it's because she doesn’t do free publicity.
In her words; ”Over 49outfits/products from about 20 vendors, I truly appreciate this kind gesture. But pls do not expect me to Wear and tag you cause that’s a 1.5million naira favor you will be asking for. So if your intentions are for rags I’m sorry I don’t do that, I wld rather patronize you and pay you.But if the gifts are for acknowledgment/Awareness of your brand and mine."
