Inter Milan have been struck with the injury reports that Alexis Sanchez suffered an adductor injury in Wednesday's 2-2 Champions League draw with Borussia Monchengladbach.

Sanchez was replaced by Lautaro Martinez at half-time in the Group B opener on Wednesday night.

Inter salvaged a draw in the 90th-minute when  Romelu Lukaku scored his second goal of the game – to salvage a point against Bundesliga visitors Gladbach on matchday one.

"Alexis Sanchez came off at half-time during tonight's match after experiencing a problem with his right adductor muscle," the club said on Twitter after the game.
