Cristiano, 35, shared a sweet family snap of his girlfriend and his four children to Instagram, including their daughter Alana, two. 

His other three children, twins, Eva and Mateo, three - who were born via surrogacy in the United States - and eldest child Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, 10, whose maternity is a mystery, also posed for the snap.
