The actress and singer, 19, showcased her slender frame as she met with a friend for lunch while sporting the funky clashing ensemble. 

Willow paired her camouflage top with khaki leggings and mint green socks. 

She protected her face with a vibrant tie-dye face mask that complemented the tie-dye jumper wrapped around her waist.
