Charley Boy proposes to his wife again in a packed mall after

Charley Boy, aka Area Fada, has proposed to his wife Lady D again after 45 years of marriage.

 

It's understood that it's the  4th time  he will be proposing to wife Diane Oputa.

 

The proposal held in a mall packed full with shoppers as he then went down on one knee and asked her to marry him again.
