Napoli were without Victor Osimhen and Koulibaly but still managed to beat Rijeka 2-1 on Thursday night clash.
Robert Muric (HNK Rijeka) gave the host the lead with a left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Sandro Kulenovic following a fast break.
But Napoli got their equaliser just before half time, Diego Demme (Napoli) right footed shot from very close range to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Dries Mertens.
The come back was the complete as an own Goal by Filip Braut handed Gattuso side the win.
