Friendly: Turkey played a 3-3 draw against Croatia (Highlights) 2020-2021



Turkey were held to a 3-3 draw against Croatia on Wednesday friendly 

at the Vodafone Park.

Cenk Tosun (Turkey) converted the penalty with a right footed shot to the bottom right corner to give Turkey the lead



But Ante Budimir (Croatia) equalised with a left footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Dario Melnjak.

Just before half time Turkey went ahead again as Deniz Türüç (Turkey) left footed shot from a difficult angle on the left to the bottom right corner. Assisted by Caner Erkin.

In the 53 minutes, Mario Pasalic (Croatia) made it 2-2 with a left footed shot from the left side of the box to the centre of the goal. Assisted by Josip Brekalo with a cross.

Josip Brekalo (Croatia) thought he had scored the winner with a header from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Mislav Orsic with a cross. But Cengiz Ünder (Turkey) ensured both sides shared the points with a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner. Assisted by Cenk Tosun.
