She rocked her skintight black latex YSL look as she left celebrity stylist Maeve Reilly's office in Los Angeles, ahead of her birthday on Sunday, November 22.

The 23-year-old showed off her toned stems in the high-waisted leggings, paired with a black crocodile belt.

She tucked a sheer black halterneck blouse with white polka dots and a bow in the pants.

Hailey layered it with a black leather motorcycle jacket, which she wore with the sleeves bunched up below her elbows.

She finished the ensemble with gold earrings, matching necklaces and a pair of black stilettos with gold buckle embellishments.
