Barcelona are not in a position many know the La Liga side to be in the league standing at the moment.


Ronald Koeman side are currently fifth in the league standing at the moment. Although, Barcelona seems to be getting back their groove following their back to back wins against Levante (away) and Real Sociedad (home). 




Barcelona under Koeman this, season have lost four times and played two draws with six wins so far.

The team is currently under rejuvenation with former Everton boss in charge since he took over from Quique Setien who was sacked last season. 

This weekend, Barcelona host Valencia. The game is expected to kicks off at 4.15pm GMT against los ché on Saturday evening. 

Barcelona would be targeting a win as they are six points away from the leaders Atletico Madrid. While Valencia would want to take a positive result as they find themselves in 12th place in the table on 14 points with three wins, five draws and five defeats so far. 

Ronald Koeman has already named his 23 man squad for the visit of Javi Gracia's team to Camp Nou in La Liga this Saturday. 

The Catalan side seems to be missing only their experienced defender,Gerard Piqué. Also, Ousmane Dembélé, S. Roberto and Ansu Fati are also ruled out due to injuries.
