Arsenal aren't in a position that many fans would be happy about at the moment. Results haven't been forthcoming for the Gunners and Mikel Arteta might be in searching of options before he's been sacked as manager.
It's been gathered that the Gunners are currently in the worst run of loses as they are on 15th in the Premier League table.

Last weekend, Arsenal suffered a 2-0 loss away from home against their London rival, Tottenham Hotspur.

Many fans and pundits have criticised with the set up of Mikel Arteta side, as the manager dropped his most creative player in Mesut Ozil.

It's all clear at the moment that Arsenal lacked a creative midfielder.

Apparently, Former Arsenal player, Freddie Ljungberg believes Mikel Arteta has made a mistake by leaving Mesut Ozil out of his 25 man squad.
If you recall that Arteta left out Ozil as well as Sokratis and William Saliba from the Premier League and Europa League squad for the season.

Mikel Arteta has continued to insist that he dropped the former Real Madrid star for tactical reason.

Ljungberg told Sky Sports: 'When you have a player like that, and I don't say he should play every single week ... but when you have possession and you need to find that cute pass, I don't think there are any better players than Mesut doing that.

'Of course you lose a bit defensively, but it's a decision they've made. I don't know why the decision's been made and he's outside the 25-man squad, so they can't use him."

Freddie was in charge as a care taker after Unai Emery was sacked last year before Mikel Arteta wsd appointed. The former Arsenal forward left his role as backroom staff of Arteta earlier this year.

He added that there are few players who poses the qualities of Mesut Ozil.

He said: 'But for those things, I don't think there are many better in the world.'
