Although, PSG have yet to officially confirm the 47-year-old's exit but it's been said by media sources in France that Tuchel has been relieved as the coach.

The sacking of Thomas Tuchel has come as shock to many fans, after he guided the French side to reach the final of UEFA Champions League last season. It was the first time in the club's history.

Paris Saint-Germain lost by 1-0 to Bayern Munich after Kingsley Coman scored the only goal in the game.

Kylian Mbappe has taken to hs social media to react to the sack of the manager who brought him into the Parc Des Princes.

Just so you know, Tuchel who replaced Unai Emery first major signing in 2018 was signing Mbappe permanently after a successful loan spell at the club from Monaco.

“It is sadly the law of football," the 22-year-old posted on his Instagram feed. "Nobody will forget your time here. You wrote a wonderful part of the club’s history and I say to you: thank you, coach.”
