Milian was seen grabbing potatoes and some other stuffs for herself and family.
The star announced she was expecting another child with partner Matt Pokora while they were on their tropical getaway to the Island of Mauritius earlier this month.
She is already mother to daughter Violet Madison, 10, and baby Isaiah, 10 months.
She shares Isaiah with her partner of four years, French singer-songwriter Pokora.
Violet is daughter to Milian and her ex-husband The-Dream.
The pair were married from 2009 until 2011.
