Premier League: Tammy Abraham brace and Thiago Silva header moves Chelsea back to 5th as Blues thrashed West Ham (Highlights) 2020-2021

Tammy Abraham struck twice as patient Chelsea ground out a 3-0 win at home to West Ham on Monday night. 

Blues are back up to fifth position after Abraham scored twice in the 78th and 80th minutes.

It was Thiago Silva that nodded the ball into the net to give Chelsea a 10th-minute lead, then after a double for Abraham against their London rivals crowned the teams effort at the end of 90 minutes.
