Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski was named the player of the year, according to the Global Soccer award. 

The award went down in Dubai over the weekend. 

Just so you know, the Poland international was outstanding last season for Bayern Munich, as he guided the Bavarians to clinch the treble with the club. 

He was spotted with his wife, Anna. They posed for picture with the award.
