Football fans are awaiting the boxing day fixtures which is expected of the Premier League. 
It's understood that all major leagues in Europe is currently on break excluding the Premier League, which always serve their viewers with some mouth watering games from boxing day. 

Clubs are only mandatory to give their players and staff a day break which will be on Christmas day, December 25th and will return to action on 26th December. 

Manchester United will travel for away trip to face Brendan Rogers side. The Red Devils will face Leicester City at the King Power Stadium. 

Although, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side have a decent away form but the Foxes game looks like a difficult fixture. 

Just so you know, Leicester City sit second while Manchester United are in third position in the league standing. 

Solskjaer would be targeting a victory in order to close the gap on leaders, Liverpool. 

According to Mirror UK, Manchester United players Christmas holiday has been cut short. 

The manager has called on the players to report to their Carrington training ground. 

The players will train on Christmas Day ahead of their Boxing Day trip to Leicester City. 

Meanwhile, Manchester United team news is expected to be revealed later in the day by the manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
