Chelsea boss Frank Lampard reveals Fikayo Tomori could leave on loan this January window

Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard has said that out-of-favour centre back Fikayo Tomori could leave on loan this month.
Earlier today, Chelsea made a light work of Morecambe in the FA Cup. Blues recorded a 4-0 win over the fourth tier side at the Stamford Bridge.

The Englishman played 15 times in the Premier League last season for his boyhood club but had struggled for game time this term due to the arrival and impressive performances of Thiago Silva.

Tomori came on as a substitute in the game for Kourt Zuma in the 80th minute.

On Tomori's future, Lampard admitted: 'The situation with Fikayo is open about the moment. There is a possibility he could be going on loan to get games somewhere else.

'So that would have to be the solution for him and the club. That was part of my thinking of not starting him today.'
