Chelsea's N'Golo Kante has suffered injury ahead of Morecambe FA game

Chelsea haven't been at their best in recent games, the Blues have won just one of their last six Premier League matches.

The Blues suffered a 3-1 defeat against Manchester City at the Stamford Bridge in their last Premier League game. 

Frank Lampard has been under pressure for his side to turn the results around, which is expected to begin this weekend.

The Blues will play in the FA Cup third-round clash as they host Morecambe at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. 

Ahead of the game, Frank Lampard has been dealt an injury blow, it's been gathered that N'Golo Kante will not be available for the game. 

Frank Lampard has confirmed that the French midfielder has a hamstring problem.

Just so you know, Chelsea have already lost Reece James and Andreas Christensen to injuries whole Kante becomes the latest player to join the list. 

While speaking ahead of the game, Lampard said:"Reece James is out for the game, although he will be training with us tomorrow. 

" It's the same as Andreas Christensen, and Kante is out also with a minor hamstring injury. So he misses this game and is suspended for Fulham anyway, so we'll get him right. Those three are out."
